Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)<\/b><\/h2>\n

A Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) is a pass issued for a partner, spouse, disabled child, or stepchild of the employment pass holder. While different passes are issued to the family members of employment pass holders, they have limitations that often concern them. One is the dependent\u2019s pass, which is a popular choice among employment pass holders. But you do have another option, the Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP).<\/span><\/p>\n

Along with a Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP), you also have another option, which is the Singapore Long-Term Visit Pass-Plus (LTVP+). It is issued mainly for Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR) or foreign spouses of Singapore citizens.<\/span><\/p>\n

If you or your partner have applied for a Long-Term Visit Pass, they will be automatically considered for a Singapore Long-Term Visit Pass-PLus (LTVP+). But be sure to check your eligibility.<\/span><\/p>\n

Such a pass will permit you a verified and extended stay in Singapore. If your pass is approved, you get to stay for three years, and upon renewal, you can stay for about five years.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a0Eligibility Criteria for Singapore Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP)<\/b><\/h2>\n

As an employment or S Pass holder, you can apply for an LTVP for your family members. Simply put, the holders of an employment pass are responsible for the entire process of applying for LTVP, and they have to be the sponsor.<\/span><\/p>\n

But, not all family members are eligible to apply for a LTVP, as stated by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM). Following are the family members who qualify for the pass:<\/span><\/p>\n
