The applicant should complete and sign Form 14A, and together with it, they should submit the following documents:

  • One passport-sized recent colour photograph that should have been taken within last 3 months. The colour photograph should be taken against a white background with a semi-matt or matt finish. The photograph should show the full face, without any headgear (headgear worn owing to religious compliance and customs is acceptable as long it is not hiding facial features).
  • Original passport along with photocopies of the required pages (valid UK visa or a residence permit in UK, bio-data page, visa endorsement to your next location after Singapore). Please make sure at the time of submission that your passport is valid up to a minimum of 6 months upon your expected arrival date in Singapore.
  • A photocopy of your flight return ticket or cruise itinerary (*the photocopy must display the flight numbers, date of entry into and exit out of Singapore).
  • An exact fee of £15.00 in cash or a British Postal Order of the same value made payable to the ‘SINGAPORE HIGH COMMISSION’ (payments by personal cheque, debit or credit card are not accepted by the Singapore High Commission; regardless of your visa application outcome, the visa application fee is a non-refundable fee).

If your documents are not in English, you will be required to carry official translations of them along with the mentioned documents.

Common Queries on Singapore Visa Requirements

Yes, they can enter visa-free for 30 days. Yet officials may demand some proof of employment or return tickets. And travelers without these can get hung up in immigration. Better safe than sorry, even for those technically “exempt.”

For one, Singapore does have different levels of scrutiny. Level I nationals, such as Indians or Russians, typically receive eVisas. Level II countries, which include Pakistan and Lebanon, have to jump through more hoops with paper applications. Understanding your category in advance prevents any last-minute surprises.

It is, oddly enough, the copy of the return ticket. Officers demand to see a verified exit proof. Passengers who had open tickets or unfinished itineraries were stalled. Rayna Tours appeals to clients to book return tickets in advance so as to escape disappointing rebuffs.

Well, expired or near-expiring passports disrupt immigration systems and airline authorizations. Singapore will not bend its rules, and one traveler with five months to go had their file returned, rejected as incomplete. If you’re really on the line with the validity of your passport, get it renewed before you apply.

Extremely. A glossy or shadowed picture often means instant rejection. Photos must be matte, recent, white-background, and show your full face clearly. Many applicants underestimate this and lose time. Rayna Tours points clients to trusted studios that know the requirements.

Yes, usually 5–7 days instead of 3. That doesn’t include weekends, public holidays, or delivery delays. Travelers often miscalculate and panic. Planning ahead is crucial, especially for events or business meetings where exact entry dates cannot slip.

No. Only exact cash or British Postal Orders are accepted for submissions at the High Commission. Cheques and cards are refused. Many applicants turned up with the wrong payment and had to restart the whole process.

You’ll need to have official translations, not informal ones. Incomplete translations or using Google-translated documents are refused by immigration officers without a second thought. Professional translation means your file is accepted, preventing the painful reset that so many poor travelers experience.

Because they want evidence that you are departing from Singapore. And that includes visas or entry permits for your onward travel. Officers often ask for them, and Rayna Tours makes sure customers enter this information so applications can continue seamlessly without delays.

They verify your category, gather documents, organize compliant photographs, and prepare your itineraries before you send them off. It saved a lot of clients weeks of anxiety. Dial +971 42087545 if you want the process to be hassle-free.
